WAGO's I/O systems type and distinct characteristics Intelligent Automation Solution
WAGO's I/O systems mainly include the following types:
- WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750/753: It has a wide range of applications and a rich product range. There are more than 500 modules, which are versatile and flexible and can meet the application needs of almost all industries. The system is independent of the fieldbus. The 753 series supports optional pluggable connection layers, which can achieve fast, vibration-proof and maintenance-free connections.
- WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750 XTR: It is extremely rugged, can adapt to a wider operating temperature range, is not affected by electromagnetic interference and pulse voltage, is resistant to vibration and shock, and has explosion-proof protection. No additional air conditioning is required, which can maximize the system's normal operation time, reduce space requirements and reduce energy and maintenance costs. It is suitable for high-demand applications that need to work in extreme environments.
- WAGO I/O System Field: It has scalable connectivity and is a future-oriented open automation solution that supports the latest communication technologies such as IO-Link, paving the way for fast, flexible and efficient production, and can also improve transparency through innovative load management. Different housing variants can be perfectly adapted to various applications and machines. Its IO-Link master module has an IP67 protection level and supports a variety of functions, which can easily integrate IO-Link devices into the control system.
WAGO's I/O system also has the following characteristics:
- Strong protocol compatibility: Independent of the fieldbus, compatible with almost all standard fieldbus protocols and ETHERNET standards, such as EnOcean, KNX, DALI, M-Bus, CAN, IO-LINK, MODBUS-RTU, etc.
- Wide application scenarios: Suitable for many fields such as industrial automation, building automation, ship and offshore/offshore automation, process automation, power generation and distribution, and railway industry.
- Rich module variety: Including digital modules, analog modules, communication interface modules, sensor/actuator connection modules, etc., which can meet the connection requirements of different potentials and signal types, can directly connect sensors/actuators, and can even be used in safety applications.
- Easy to install and maintain: Cage spring wiring technology is used to achieve fast, vibration-proof and maintenance-free connection. Some modules are mounted on rails and have a compact design, such as 16 channels with only 12mm, which is easy to operate and build scalable control solutions.
- Complete international certification: It has obtained international and national certifications such as ATEX, BR-EX, IECEx, UL508, UL ANSI/ISA, AEX, classification society certification, etc., and can be used in various environments around the world.
